SEND Coffee Afternoons

At Broughton CE Primary, we believe that listening to and supporting our families is key to successful SEND provision in our school. However, the support that families can bring to each other adds to the supportive network and those little niggles and questions that we have can be shared in a safe space surrounded by people who understand. Therefore, we offer termly coffee afternoons to those parents of children with SEND to come and share stories and experiences, offer advice and just chat. We also invite local help services such as Children, Families and Wellbeing service, nursing teams and other supportive agencies.
