Who are FOBS?
FOBS stands for Friends of Broughton School, so basically it’s anyone with an interest in the school which includes you if you are reading this!
Who is on the committee and what do they do?
The committee is a group of parents who organise fun family events to raise funds to help buy resources for school and to help pay for exciting activities that may not otherwise possible within the the school budget. So, in short, we are here to help benefit the children of our school.
What Events have we held?
There are lots of exciting events which FOBS have been involved in. These include:

Where does the money we raise go?
Every year the funds raised pay for;

Coaches to take the children to see the Christmas Pantomime in Blackpool

Year 6 Leavers Hoodies

Year 6 Revision Books

Year 3 Bibles
Funds have also have helped pay for bigger school projects such as;

Brand new set of iPads

Our wonderful willow dome

Relandscaping of Early years class' outdoor space

Puchasing of classroom resources and much more.
